Information We Collect

Through sasakiac.com, we collect personal information across the following interactions:

• Contact Form: First and last name, email address, and message content.
• Client Portal & Payments: Account access and payment details required to process transactions, collected directly by third-party providers under their respective privacy policies.
• Device & Usage Data: IP address, approximate location, browser/OS type, and interaction data (pages viewed, links clicked).

How We Use Information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, facilitate client document exchange and billing, and support website analytics and marketing.

Data Sharing

• ShareFile (Citrix): Operates our secure client portal for tax and accounting document exchange.
• QuickFee: Processes online payments and payment plans.
• Service Providers: Hosting and form processing vendors operating on our behalf.
• Analytics & Advertising: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and retargeting (which may constitute “sharing” for behavioral advertising under California law).

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Financial Privacy Notice (GLBA & IRC § 7216)

As a CPA firm, nonpublic personal information and tax return data are protected under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and Internal Revenue Code Section 7216. We collect nonpublic financial data to provide accounting services and do not disclose it to nonaffiliated third parties except as authorized by you or permitted by law (e.g., to essential service providers like ShareFile and QuickFee). We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect client data.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

• Right to Know / Access: Request details on collected data and processing purposes.
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information, subject to mandatory tax and accounting recordkeeping retention laws.
